Free diving, Apnea, Open Water Swimming, Rescue Techniques and Surfing. All situations that you may experience in every day ocean activities. It’s expected that you end the program being able to fell really safe and comfortable in the water, no matter the weather conditions and strength that the ocean may present you.

Our strength is found in our experience instructors. Each of them have international certifications in their specifically sector: International Red Cross Water Rescuer, Lifeguard & Swimming Red Cross instructor, Apnea Total, Molchanovs, Survival Apnea, Xpt Performance Breathing Coach, ISLA (International Surf & Lifeguarding Association)

Survival Apnea for Surfers
This Course was designed by Freedivers and Big wave Surfers. Gathering both communities' knowledge, you will learn and experience the true power of breath and human potential.
The course starts with Basic Freediving Theory and knowledge, in order to build a solid Foundation and understanding before jumping into the physical practice.

Spanish Lessons
Make your vacation an even better experience by not only enjoying Costa Rica but also learning from it. Allow local Spanish instructors to teach you the basic things about Costa Rica Language and also take some of its culture back home.
